Address spaces were overlapping. My LAN is on 10.0.0.1/16 with the OpenVPN tunnel on 10.0.100.0/26. Changed the OpenVPN tunnel to 192.168.1.0/24, many thanks /u/clovez! I had pfBlockerNG installed.
